  • 4 Sausages
  • 2 Leeks, sliced
  • 2 Potatoes, sliced
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Butter (50)
  • Grana Padano cheese, to taste
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

🔪 Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes lengthwise, parboil 5 min in salted water.
  2. Slice leeks into rondelle, boil 5 min, drain.
  3. Cut sausages into small pieces, fry with bay leaves until browned.
  4. In an oven dish: layer potatoes + sausages + bay leaf + butter.
  5. Top with leeks and Grana Padano.
  6. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 15 min, or 20 min in static oven.
