- 2 Leeks, sliced
- 2 Potatoes, sliced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Butter (50)
- Grana Padano cheese, to taste
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

🔪 Instructions
- Slice potatoes lengthwise, parboil 5 min in salted water.
- Slice leeks into rondelle, boil 5 min, drain.
- Cut sausages into small pieces, fry with bay leaves until browned.
- In an oven dish: layer potatoes + sausages + bay leaf + butter.
- Top with leeks and Grana Padano.
- Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 15 min, or 20 min in static oven.
