About Luca

After spending 20 years as a chef, I made a big leap — from the heat of the kitchen to the world of IT consultancy, where I now work as an architect. But food never left my heart, and creativity runs deep in my roots.

I created this space to share simple, honest, and flavorful recipes — ones you can make quickly, with what you already have in your fridge. These are meals that are budget-friendly, comforting, and rooted in my upbringing in Naples, where my mum cooked magic with whatever was at hand.

Alongside the food, you’ll find my photography — a growing collection of snapshots, both planned and spontaneous. Though I once believed I missed the artistic gene that runs through my family of musicians, painters, and photographers, it turns out… I just express it differently. Sometimes structured, sometimes wild — but always from the heart.
